Ma Pu, a PhD of pulp and papermaking engineering, has been worked in UQTR(Canada) as a visiting scientist, as a postdoctor in GEP paper mill, and a professor in Nanjing Forestry University. Doctor Ma joined in Jining Nantian Nongke in 2016, and devoted to the R&D and applications of pulping chemicals, wet end processing chemical and coating chemicals.

Dr Ma has been published more than 10 science articles in pulp and papermaking industry, gains 11 authorized patents for invention and 8 granted patents for utility models. In 2019, Dr Ma was recommended as the “Professionals in short supply in Shandong Province”. Dr Ma and his team have been developed “Penetrating agent in pulping”, “Pitch controller for chemcial pulping”, “Fatty alcohol defoamer”, “Polyether defoamer” “Mineral oil defoamer for coating” and “Environmental deodorant”, and these chemicals has been accepted and widely used in local and oversea paper mills.
